How it works
You give the order. Your AI team does the work.
CloseBoss is a team you run, not software you learn. Here is the whole loop — from signing up to the finished result — and what happens the moment a lead calls or texts.
From sign-up to done, in six steps
- 1
Start free
Create a free account — no card, no expiry. The Free plan includes 100 credits a month, plus 300 welcome credits so you can hear the receptionist answer real calls.
- 2
Connect your phone and accounts
Get a CloseBoss number or forward the calls you miss from your own, connect Google for your calendar and email, and link the social networks you post to.
- 3
Tell Max what you want
Type it or say it, in plain language: "set up Saturday's open house," "follow up with last month's leads," "build a CMA for 123 Main St."
- 4
The right teammate does it
Max hands the job to Emma (calls), Chris (follow-up), Ruby (marketing), Grace (transactions) or Oliver (the books), who do the research and every step.
- 5
You decide what needs your OK
For each teammate and each channel, choose: you approve everything, Max checks it first and only asks when unsure, or it just goes. Start strict and loosen it as you trust the voice.
- 6
You get the result
Booked appointments land on your calendar, drafts wait in Drafts, reports are ready to send, and every contact's timeline shows what was done.
When a lead calls
- 1
Emma answers — day or night
Unknown callers hear "Hello, 您好, Hola," and the call carries on in English, Mandarin Chinese or Spanish.
- 2
She qualifies and answers
She answers from the business context you gave her and asks about intent, budget and timeline — buyer or seller.
- 3
She books it
Appointments go on your calendar, and the caller gets a confirmation text with a private link to reschedule.
- 4
You get a warm hand-off
The transcript, summary and rating land on the contact. Missed a call on your own phone? A text goes back to the caller within 60 seconds.
When a lead texts or emails
- 1
A reply in under a minute
Chris answers from your number or your Gmail address, in English or Chinese — whichever the lead writes in.
- 2
Questions that fit the source
A Facebook ad lead, an open-house visitor and a home-value request each get the questions that make sense for them.
- 3
You step in when it's hot
When a lead asks about a tour, names a price range or wants to talk, you're notified straight away and the thread is yours.
- 4
Follow-up that doesn't stop
Leads who aren't ready keep hearing from you on a steady cadence, until they are.
