Build a Smart CMA in under 5 minutes
Pull MLS comps, weight them automatically, and produce a branded CMA PDF — ready to email or present.
The Smart CMA Builder pulls active and sold comps from MLS for any address, applies a default weighting based on proximity / sale recency / size, and produces a branded PDF report.
Most agents customize 2–3 comp weights and the final price range, then send the PDF straight to the seller — total time under 5 minutes per CMA.
Step by step
Open Property Tools → Smart CMA Builder.
Enter the subject property address; MLS comps populate automatically.
Review the auto-selected comps. Add/remove via the search panel, or adjust each comp's weight from 0–100%.
Adjust the recommended price range using the slider — the report updates live.
Customize the cover with your photo + branding (saved from Settings).
Click Export PDF or Email to seller. Saved CMAs live under Property Tools → CMAs for reuse.
