Step by step
Open Sellers → Presentations → New presentation. Enter the seller's address; we pull MLS comps automatically.
Review the auto-generated CMA — adjust comps, weighting, and price range. The deck rebuilds as you change values.
Customize the marketing plan slide: which channels you'll use, frequency, sample social posts.
Personalize the cover slide with the seller's name and your headshot/branding.
Save and present from any device. The seller sees an interactive web version (or click Export to PDF for a leave-behind). On signature, the address auto-becomes a listing record.
