Ask Max to run your day
Ask Max is the front door to CloseBoss — tell him what you want in plain language and he assigns it to the right AI teammate.
Ask Max is the screen you land on, and it is the fastest way to use CloseBoss. Instead of hunting for the CMA page or the social composer, you tell Max what you want and he works out who on the team should do it — Chris for sales, Ruby for marketing, Emma on the phones, Grace on transactions, Oliver on the books.
Write the way you would text an assistant. One instruction, and name the person or the address if it matters: "prepare a seller presentation for 20679 E Peach Blossom Rd" beats "presentation". Max asks if something is missing rather than guessing.
You will see the work happen — each step appears as a card with the teammate's name against it, and anything they produce (a CMA, a flyer, a video, a draft) comes back as a link you can open.
Step by step
Go to Ask Max — it is the first item in the sidebar, and the page you land on when you sign in. Type what you want into the box pinned at the bottom.
Watch the steps appear. Each names the teammate doing it, so you can see who is working and how far along they are.
Answer Max if he asks a question. If he needs a date, a contact, or an address he does not have, he asks rather than inventing one.
Open what comes back. Finished work — CMA, seller presentation, deep report, social post, video — appears as a link in the conversation.
Approve anything that leaves the building. Messages to clients wait for you at Drafts unless you have said otherwise; see 'Decide what Max can send without asking'.
Ask him what is going on, too. "What is in my pipeline?", "Which deals are at risk?", "How did last month look?" are all questions he can answer directly.
