Export your data
Download a full CSV of contacts, deals, and conversation history at any time. No lock-in, no support ticket required.
You can export everything in CloseBoss at any time. Contacts, deals, and conversation history come as CSVs; documents (offers, BBAs, CMAs) come as a ZIP of PDFs. Use this to back up your data, to bring it to an accountant, or to leave for another platform.
Step by step
Open Settings → Data & Tools → Export.
Pick what to export: Contacts, Deals, Conversations, Documents, or Everything.
For large workspaces (5,000+ contacts), the export runs as a background job and you'll get a download link by email within ~10 minutes.
Files are auto-encrypted with a temporary download link valid for 24 hours.
Re-export anytime — no quota, no fees.
