Step by step
Open Sales Assistant → House Search.
Describe the buyer's criteria in plain English (location, price, beds/baths, must-haves).
Review the matches; check any suggested refinements and re-run to narrow the list.
Select the listings to send and click Email to buyer — pick a contact or type an address.
The buyer receives a branded email with the lineup and your signature.
